Cinnamon Rolls

Just a quick for-the-record.  I used this recipie for non-yeast cinnamon rolls this morning: http://www.onceuponachef.com/2012/04/weekend-baking-quick-cinnamon-buns.html

I used their dough instructions
Quick list:

Oven: 425*

3 c flour
2 T sugar
1 1/4 baking powder
1/2 t soda
1/2 t salt
3T melted butter
1 1/4 c buttermilk (milk and lemon juice)

Stir with a wooden spoon until the liquid is absorbed (the dough will be sticky and look shaggy), about 30 seconds. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface. Knead, lightly dusting more flour as necessary, until just smooth and no longer shaggy, about 30 seconds.

Roll it out, fill it up, cut it up, stick in greased pan, bake 25-35 minutes.

But used our own way of doing the filling -- spread butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, brown sugar, and raisins.

Worked well. :)
